CONSTRUCTION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS. These rules and regulations are in addition to, and shall not be construed to in any way modify, alter or amend, in whole or in part, the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of the Lease by and between the parties hereto.

These rules and regulations are in addition to, and shall not be construed to in any way modify, alter or amend, in whole or in part, the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of the Lease by and between the parties hereto. EXHIBIT "F" GUARANTEE OF LEASE IN CONSIDERATION FOR and as an inducement to Landlord to enter into the within Lease, the undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself/themselves, hereby absolutely and unconditionally guaranty the prompt and punctual payment when due, by acceleration or otherwise, of all rents reserved, charges for operating expenses and taxes and additional and other charges payable by Tenant under the Lease, and the full and complete performance of all the covenants, terms and provisions to be performed by Tenant thereunder, and agree(s) to be bound jointly with Tenant as if the undersigned had been an original party to the Lease. The undersigned hereby waive(s) notice of nonpayment and nonperformance by Tenant, and waive(s) demand for payment and protest relative to the obligations guaranteed herein. It shall not be necessary for Landlord to resort to or exhaust its remedies against Tenant or against any other party or parties liable under the Lease, or to resort to any of the remedies provided for therein, prior to calling upon the undersigned for payment or performance of the obligations of Tenant under the Lease. It is hereby further agreed that no modification, extension, amendment, renewal, indulgence, forbearance or revision granted to Tenant shall release the undersigned guarantor(s) from the obligations hereof. All guarantors hereunder agree that they shall be held jointly and severally liable. This Agreement shall be binding upon the undersigned, his/her/their heirs, executors, successors and assigns.
