Construction of Trust. This Trust shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of the state of California, including applicable provisions of the California Government Code, and in accordance with applicable provisions of the Code. To the extent the terms of the Trust are in conflict with the provisions of any other agreement between the parties, the terms of the Trust shall control.
