Common use of Construction of Use Clause in Contracts

Construction of Use. Development and site work on the Property shall be in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and shall be consistent with the development standards set forth herein as well as in the Decision. No change in the uses specified in this Agreement shall be allowed without modification of this Agreement pursuant to the requirements of the Garden City Code.
