No Mortgage Loan was made in connection with the construction or rehabilitation of a Mortgaged Property or facilitating the trade-in or exchange of a Mortgaged Property, expect with respect to (i) a HELOC, where a Mortgagor may use a Draw for rehabilitation of the Mortgaged Property, (ii) a FHA 203(k) Loan, or (iii) an eligible, single-close, renovation or construction-to-permanent Agency Mortgage Loan.
