CONSTRUCTION PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE. Owner shall furnish to the County a complete set of construction plans, specifications and Engineer’s Estimate detailing all the work and materials necessary for the following: 1. Relocation of the Owner’s existing water lines and related facilities through the new bridge structure and for 25 meters under each new bridge approach roadway; and 2. Replacement of approximately 102 meters of existing lo-inch clay and corrugated steel pipe storm drain/plant overflow drain line from the last two storm drain manholes immediately preceding the existing outlet with 300 mm PVC SDR 26 pipe. The County hereby agrees to include the plans, specifications and engineer’s estimate for the above stated work in its Browns Valley Road Bridge No. Replacement Project. The Contractor shall furnish all specified materials and perform all installation, relocation and construction work detailed in the owner’s plans and specifications. All work to be performed and materials to be furnished and installed by the Contractor shall be clearly specified within the Owner’s plans and specifications and shall be included within the Engineer’s Estimate. Owner shall be responsible for submitting to the County in a timely manner, on a date to be set by the County, a full set of water line and facilities relocation plans, storm drain/plant overflow drain line replacement plans and project specifications and Engineer’s Estimate for both items of work for inclusion into the County’s bridge construction project plans.
