Construction Progress Clause Samples

The Construction Progress clause sets out the requirements and expectations for the timely advancement of work on a construction project. It typically outlines milestones, schedules, and reporting obligations that the contractor must meet, such as providing regular updates or adhering to a project timeline. This clause ensures that all parties are aligned on the pace of work, helps monitor performance, and provides a basis for addressing delays or deviations, thereby promoting project completion within the agreed timeframe.
