Construction Completion. The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.
Construction Completion. Following correction of all items listed on the punchlists developed at the time of Substantial Completion, the Architectural Designer and the School District shall jointly inspect the entire Project or a designated portion thereof. The Architectural Designer and the School District shall corroborate that all items of unsatisfactory construction have been satisfactorily corrected. The Architectural Designer shall certify the date of Construction Completion of the entire Project and shall prepare and issue the appropriate Certificate of Construction Completion. Construction Completion is the stage in the progress of the Project when the Project has been finally completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Construction Documents.
Construction Completion. 3.1.1 The Purchaser acknowledges that the dwelling will be constructed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications to be filed with the Building Department of the municipality in which the building is located and in accordance with the Ontario Building Code and that the Purchaser shall have no claims against the Vendor for any higher or better standards of workmanship or materials than required in such plans and specifications and pursuant to the Ontario Building Code. The foregoing shall constitute complete and absolute acceptance by the Purchaser of all construction matters, and the quality and sufficiency thereof, including, without limitation, all mechanical, structural and architectural matters. The Purchaser agrees that the foregoing may be pleaded by the Vendor as an estoppel in any action brought by the Purchaser or his successors in title against the Vendor. Subject to TARION, the Vendor reserves the right to make changes to the plans and specifications and/or substitute materials provided that such materials are substantially equal in quality to the materials so replaced and the Purchaser shall have absolutely no claim or cause of action against the Vendor for any such changes, variances or modifications, nor shall the Purchaser be entitled to any notice thereof.
3.1.2 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees as follows:
a) the Vendor shall have the right to construct the reverse mirror image of the dwelling type, including reversal of the garage siting and reversal of the interior floor plan layout, without notice to the Purchaser and without compensation or abatement to the Purchase Price.
b) as of the date of this Agreement, the final site plan relating to the lands showing the actual siting of the dwelling on the lands may not have been completed by the Vendor or approved by all governmental authorities. Consequently, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to construct the dwelling type on the lands in a location or angle different and relocate sidewalks or fences other than as depicted in the sales brochures, renderings and other plans and specifications reviewed by the Purchaser at the time of entering into this Agreement, without notice to the Purchaser and without compensation or abatement to the Purchase Price.

Construction Completion. 22.01 The following items shall be considered “complete” or “completed” when all written instructions or directions given to the Developer of Record by the Manager, Urban Development have been resolved to the satisfaction of the Manager, Urban Development, the following items have been constructed in accordance with the Construction Drawings and the following conditions have been met:
(1) Sanitary Sewers and Storm Sewers
(a) All pipes are of the size and laid to the grades as approved on the Construction Drawings, all manholes are completed with properly formed inverts, are undamaged and are free from obstructions and foreign matter such as rocks, silt, and gravel.
(b) The manhole rims and covers shall be finished to the approved design grade of the lane or road in which they are installed.
Construction Completion. 7.10.1 When the Contractor believes that the Work is finally complete, the Contractor will notify the Owner and the Professional that the Work is ready for final inspection. Upon receipt of such notification, the Professional shall coordinate with the Owner and the Contractor a date for the inspection.
7.10.2 At the Construction Completion inspection, the Professional shall
(i) inspect the Work;
(ii) determine whether the Contractor has satisfactorily completed all items of Work;
(iii) determine whether the Work complies with (a) the Contract Documents,
Construction Completion. Upon notification from the Contractor that the project is complete, All South’s project team will conduct a Final Inspection in conjunction with DOTD. Final Acceptance can be granted upon successful completion of the Final Inspection and concurrence from all stakeholders. Post-Construction activities include gathering all documentation into acceptable submittal formats. All South will follow DOTD’s Construction Closeout checklist, and will compile all required field books, As-Built plans, project diaries, correspondence, and final acceptance documents. A draft project schedule is included below. A sample construction execution date was used for scheduling purposes. Schedule may be adjusted based on contractor’s ability to perform work.
Construction Completion. Acceptance by the Owner of the Work as evidenced by a Notification of Construction Completion executed by the Contractor, the Professional and the Owner.
Construction Completion. Following achievement of Traffic Availability, the Contractor shall diligently proceed to Construction Completion. When the Contractor has advised that Construction Completion has been achieved, the Province will do a further inspection (which shall be carried out jointly with the Contractor if so requested by the Contractor) and, when all noted deficiencies from the Project Requirements have been rectified, will issue a certificate confirming Construction Completion.
Construction Completion. 1. A Letter of Certification by Xxxxxx’s Architect stating that the store has been satisfactorily completed in compliance with the Landlord Approved Working Drawings. Any deficiencies should be outlined and sent to Xxxxxx’s contractor for correction within thirty (30) days.

(i) the Project shall be constructed in a good and workmanlike manner and all work shall be performed in accordance with the terms of Section 6.11 hereof; (ii) Feld shall fully and timely pxxxxrm all of its other obligations under this Agreement; and (iii) subject to Force Majeure, it shall cause (a) Substantial Completion of the Project to occur within twenty-one (21) months after the Construction Loan Closing Date; (b) Final Completion to occur within twenty-four (24) months after the Construction Loan Closing Date; and (c) all Final Closing Funding Conditions shall be satisfied prior to the Outside Date.
