CONSTRUCTION: PROVISIONS SEVERABLE. This Agreement, the Notes and any document or instrument executed in connection herewith shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Illinois, and shall be deemed to have been executed in the State of Illinois. If any term or provision of this Agreement, the Notes, or any other documents or instrument executed in connection herewith shall be unenforceable or invalid, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render any other term or provision hereof unenforceable or invalid, and all other terms and provisions of this Agreement, the Notes, and any other documents or instrument executed in connection herewith shall be enforceable and valid.
