Common use of Construction Real Property Rights Clause in Contracts

Construction Real Property Rights. shall obtain any additional Real Property Rights and easements necessary for Contractor to perform the Work. Contractor shall notify Owner upon the occurrence, or likely occurrence, of a dispute, conflict, confrontation, or other similar problem, or potential problem, involving Real Property Rights or one or more owners or occupiers of land so situated as to potentially result in a situation that would reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect upon the performance of the Work. Contractor shall cooperate with Owner in resolving all such problems.
