Construction Reports. Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.
Construction Reports. For any Project or related activities involving construction, the Recipient agrees to provide progress reports and other relevant information or data, as required by FTA or the state in which construction takes place.
Construction Reports. (a) Prior to Substantial Completion with respect to each train of the Project, as soon as available and in any event on the last day of each month (or the next succeeding Business Day if the last day of a given month is not a Business Day), monthly Construction Reports as to the Project from the Independent Engineer; provided that the failure to provide the Construction Report from the Independent Engineer pursuant to this clause (a) within thirty (30) days of the end of each month that is not the last month of a Fiscal Quarter (other than as a result of an act or omission by the Borrower or its Affiliates) shall not constitute a Default or an Event of Default.
(b) With respect to clause (a) above, such Construction Report shall set forth in reasonable detail:
(i) estimated dates on which Ready for Start Up, Ready for Performance Testing and Substantial Completion shall be achieved;
(ii) the Borrower’s then-current estimate of anticipated Project Costs through Ready for Start Up, Ready for Performance Testing and Substantial Completion as compared to the Construction Budget and the Construction Schedule and reasons for material variances, and in the event of a material variance, the reasons therefor, and such other information reasonably requested by the Common Security Trustee;
(iii) any occurrence of which the Borrower is aware that could reasonably be expected to (A) increase the total aggregate Project Costs above those set forth in the Construction Budget, (B) delay Substantial Completion beyond the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or (C) have a Material Adverse Effect;
(iv) if Substantial Completion is not anticipated to occur on or before the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date, the reasons therefor (and a schedule recovery plan);
(v) the status of construction of the Project, including progress under each of the EPC Contracts (and a description of any material defects or deficiencies with respect thereto) and the proposed construction schedule for the following ninety (90) days, including a description, as compared with the Construction Schedule of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and testing status (including actual percentage complete versus planned percentage complete, document status, significant activities accomplished and planned and a summary of milestones planned and actually completed);
(vi) the status of the Government Approvals necessary for the Development, including the dates of applications submitted or ...
Construction Reports. The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer prior to the commencing of any work under this Contract a detailed schedule and plan of operation, indicating the manner in which the Contractor proposes to prosecute the work, and a time schedule therefore. Such schedules are not intended to bind the Contractor to a predetermined plan or procedure, but rather to enable the Engineer to coordinate the work of the Contractor with work required of and to be performed by others. The Contractor shall furnish the Engineer with periodic estimates for partial payments as required elsewhere in the contract documents and, in addition thereto, will furnish the Engineer with a detailed estimate for final payment. Prior to being eligible to receive final payment under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish the Engineer with substantial proof that all bills for services rendered and materials supplied have been paid. The enumeration of the above reports in no way relieves the Contractor of his responsibility under existing Federal or State laws of filing such other reports with agencies other than the TOWN DISTRICT as may be required by such existing laws or regulations.
Construction Reports. At each phase of preliminary design, the Design/Builder shall provide, in addition to design drawings, a report detailing construction issues and concerns relating to the design, in light of Owner’s goals and the Facilities Program for the Project, with detail appropriate to the level of design. Without limitation of the foregoing, the construction report shall:
(i) include an estimate of overall construction cost, with Design/Builder’s contingency associated with the Cost of the Work no greater than the percentages set forth on Exhibit E;
(ii) identify conceptual decisions that were made or will need to be made which are necessary to prepare accurate cost reports with the fewest assumptions, qualifications and exclusions;
(iii) provide an analysis and evaluation of jobsite management, site logistics, budget and schedule considerations considered in preparation of the design drawings;
(iv) provide an analysis and evaluation of the constructability issues which were addressed in preparing the design drawings or which need to be addressed during future design phases; and
(v) provide an analysis and evaluation of each of the design drawings in regard to the completeness of intended bid categories, conflicts or overlaps in the divisions of the Work, design details affecting construction, value engineering, identification of long-lead materials affecting the Construction Schedule, availability of labor and other factors affecting construction.
Construction Reports. Design Build Entity will cooperate with Judicial Council in preparing, or causing to be prepared, all or part of, periodic project reports required by Judicial Council or local, State, or federal agencies.

Construction Reports. The Sellers shall promptly deliver to the Buyers copies of all reports by the Supervisor on the construction of the Vessel.
Construction Reports. During the period prior to the Operational Date, the Company shall provide to each Shareholder monthly written reports setting forth in reasonable detail the progress of the construction of the Initial Plant, including (i) any material difficulties or delays encountered and all measures being taken (or considered) to address such difficulties or delays and (ii) the costs associated with the construction to date and how such costs compare to those set forth in the Construction Budget and Schedule.
Construction Reports. The Licensee shall furnish the Issuing Authority, and/or its designated representatives, on a monthly basis, with written progress reports indicating in detail the progress in, and areas of, construction and/or upgrade of the Cable Television System. The first such report shall be submitted within thirty (30) days of the commencement of such construction and/or upgrade and shall be updated every thirty (30) days thereafter.
