CONSTRUCTION - REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. The Parent is entering into this Agreement for the sole purpose of providing the representations and warranties set forth in Sections 2.4(a), 2.5, 2.12(a) and (b), and, to the extent such representations and warranties relate to the Parent, Section 2.10 and Section 2.15, and the Parent shall not be liable in connection with any other Sections of this Agreement other than Section 8.4 as it relates to the above-referenced sections.
