Construction Requiring Approval. Tenant shall have the right, from time to time during the Term, to perform Additional Construction in accordance with the provisions of this Section 7.14 (Landlord’s Right to Approve Additional Construction), provided that Tenant shall not, without Landlord’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned, do any of the following:
