Construction Risks Insurance. A policy of insurance covering the respective rights, interests and liabilities of the Commonwealth, the Contractor and all subcontractors arising out of or in connection with the works in progress and insuring at minimum all the things referred to in clause 5.1 for which the Contractor bears the risk of loss or damage. A consultant deed of covenant in the form set out in the Schedule of Collateral Documents. A consultant deed of novation in the form set out in the Schedule of Collateral Documents.
