Construction Sequencing. In general, the sequence of the proposed dates of Initial Operation of Interconnection Customers seeking interconnection to the Transmission System will determine the sequence of construction of Network Upgrades.
Construction Sequencing. Before any construction on the Property in conjunction with the Project occurs, Developer shall cause to be recorded the Declaration. Developer represents and warrants that the Declaration will have priority over any and all mortgages or other encumbrances. The sequencing of construction of the Project (including (without limitation) open space/conservation, commercial and residential portions of the Project) shall be in accordance with the Phasing Plan included in the PDP, as may be amended in conjunction with approval of the Final Development Plan or otherwise. In addition, and not withstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, at such time that construction commences on the Property in conjunction with the Project occurs, such construction shall proceed as follows: All homes, together with all septic tanks, xxxxx and other utilities, that are currently on portions of Pinecrest Drive and Walnut Hills that comprise the Project shall be demolished and removed in accordance with applicable local ordinance and regulation, prior to a building permit being issued for any portion of the Project. Thereafter, the mound and wall to be located within and upon the PD-6 Property, shall be constructed and landscaped substantially in accordance with the Declaration, including (without limitation) the landscape plan by Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc. attached thereto (the “Mound, Wall and Landscaping”). Any grading and installation of underground improvements, as well as utility work elsewhere upon the Property (collectively the “Simultaneous Work”), may be performed simultaneously with the construction and other work relating to the Mound, Wall and Landscaping. Until the Mound, Wall and Landscaping is substantially complete, construction and related work upon the Mound, Wall and Landscaping and the Simultaneous Work, shall only be performed between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, provided that, should construction of the Mound, Wall and Landscaping fall behind Developer’s established construction schedule therefor, Developer shall be permitted to perform and conduct construction and related work in connection with the Mound Wall and Landscaping, on no more than one (1) Saturday per calendar month between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Upon substantial completion of the Mound, Wall and Landscaping, as determined by the Village inspectors, all Simultaneous Work, to the extent then not completed, as well as any and all other construct...

Construction Sequencing. A. Construction activities shall be scheduled and sequenced to ensure continuous operation of the existing treatment facilities. The CONTRACTOR's scheduling shall develop construction sequencing so that the WORK will not adversely impact treatment. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for development of the construction sequencing. In implementing the construction sequencing, the CONTRACTOR shall maintain the existing facilities in service until new facilities are constructed and are operational to supplement the existing capacity. When new facilities are operational, the existing facilities may be taken out of service. The following general guidelines shall be used by the CONTRACTOR in planning the sequence of construction.
1. Safe working conditions for personnel shall be maintained during rehabilitation, modification, and demolition WORK. The foregoing includes at least proper trench excavation, the provision of temporary equipment guards, supports, warning signs, walkways, covers, over openings, handrailing, and protection of electrical equipment and power supply.
2. Temporary facilities shall be constructed in accordance with applicable codes and regulations to operate safely and properly.
3. Valves to be temporarily shut off during the WORK shall be tagged as such and shall be wired shut with a crimped lead seal and padlocked.
4. Electrical and mechanical equipment shall be similarly shut down.
Construction Sequencing. Because of the short time period of low flows for the Mattole River, two summer seasons will be required to construct the bridge replacement project regardless of the structure type alternative selected. The first season of work will be to construct the deep foundations required for the new pier and south abutment while the existing bridge remains in place. This will involve constructing cast-in-drilled- hole (CIDH) piles alongside the existing bridge pier and constructing south abutment foundations beneath the existing south truss span near the existing abutment. The proposed new bridge pier is located 11 feet north of the existing pier centerline and the proposed new south abutment is located several feet north of the existing south abutment. This will allow for the CIDH installations without requiring closure of the existing bridge or impacting the existing bridge supports during the first season of work. The second season of work will be to construct a temporary detour road and short single-lane bridge about 1,300 feet downstream from the existing bridge. The detour road will connect Mattole Road via Burrel Road so the existing bridge can be closed to traffic and will also provide the main access to the bridge construction site so that the existing bridge can be removed and the new bridge abutment walls, pier, and superstructure can be constructed. The short detour bridge will cross the main low- summer-flow channel of the Mattole River and will most likely consist of a portable Xxxxxx Bridge or other erectable bridge type. The detour bridge will be used during the second construction season only and set at an elevation with sufficient height to clear summer river flow and meet Burrel Road grade. After completion of the new bridge the detour road will be removed.
Construction Sequencing. Construction of the Expansion Facility shall be completed without interference or reduction of the Existing Facility’s electrical output, with the exception of critical interconnections which cannot be made unless equipment must be first de-energized, depressurized, drained, cooled or otherwise made safe for construction activities to take place. Any such events will be carefully coordinated with the Company to ensure continuity of service to the Company’s customers.
Construction Sequencing. Developer shall use good faith efforts to Substantially Complete the Workforce Project and the Remainder Park, at substantially the same time as the first thirty-five to forty-seven of the townhomes in the Market Rate Project. However, the parties acknowledge that the Workforce Project, as a larger building, is anticipated to take approximately 15 months to complete, that each town home building is anticipated to take approximately 10 months to complete, and that some townhomes, therefore, will likely be completed before the Workforce Project. Notwithstanding the differing time lines for construction of the different building types, the Parties acknowledge their mutual intent that Developer permit and construct the Workforce Project, the Remainder Park and up to the first forty-seven (47) of the seventy (70) total townhome units in the Market Rate Project at approximately concurrent times.
Construction Sequencing. Landlord’s Work will be sequenced in a manner to minimize the impact on the efficient and orderly operation of the Demised Premises and to minimize any inconvenience to Tenant’s customers, employees and other invitees.
Construction Sequencing. Notwithstanding any contrary provision herein, the City shall have the option to construct the Park Drive Project, Alley and Streetscape separately, together or any combination thereof.
