Construction Skills Certification Scheme. 12.9 DBFM Co shall ensure that all persons engaged in carrying out the Works (or part thereof) on the Site are accredited under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme or an equivalent scheme and where DBFM Co enters into a sub-contract for the purposes of carrying out the Works DBFM Co shall cause a term to be included in such sub-contract:
