Construction Suspension and Acceleration. 8.1.1 Company may order Contractor to suspend the Work, or any part thereof, for such a time and in such a manner as Company may consider necessary or desirable. Contractor, during such a suspension, shall properly protect and secure the Work, or such part thereof, so far as is necessary in the opinion of Company. In the event of such order to suspend the Work, or any part thereof, and such suspension is not the result of a Contractor default, Contractor shall be entitled to a Change Order for adjustments pursuant to this Article 8 in the Contract Price and the Schedule (including the Guaranteed Final Completion Date) as may be affected by such suspension.
