Construction to Proceed. Subject to Part 14, the Manager shall proceed with Construction with all reasonable dispatch after a Production Notice has been given. Construction shall be substantially in accordance with the Feasibility Report subject to any variations proposed in the Production Notice. 17.1 Operating Year: Commencing with the Completion Date, all Operations shall be planned and conducted and all estimates, reports and statements shall be prepared and made on the basis of an Operating Year.
