Construction Traffic. All construction traffic shall access the site from an access approved by the City Administrator. Developer shall provide directional signage to ensure that all construction traffic accesses the site from the approved access point.
Construction Traffic. The City is responsible for reviewing and accepting traffic control plans involving the City roadway system. The Port is responsible for reviewing and accepting traffic control plans involving the Airport roadway system. Both Parties agree to coordinate management of traffic when traffic control plans involve both Parties’ roadway systems, or traffic detours that impact the other party’s roadway system.
Construction Traffic. The Developer shall co-ordinate all construction traffic associated with the development in a manner which causes the least disruption to existing developed areas and shall implement recommendations of the Township Engineer with respect to site access.
Construction Traffic. 12.6.1 The Company shall use every reasonable means to prevent any of the roads, accesses or bridges communicating with or on the routes to the New Works Site from being subjected to extraordinary traffic within the meaning of Section 96 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 by any traffic of the Company and in particular shall select routes and use vehicles and restrict and distribute loads so that any such extraordinary traffic as shall arise from the moving of Constructional Plant and material or manufactured or fabricated articles from and to the New Works Site shall be limited as far as reasonably possible and so that no unnecessary damage or injury may be occasioned to such roads and bridges.
12.6.2 Save insofar as this Agreement otherwise provides the Company shall be responsible for and shall pay the costs of strengthening any bridges or altering or improving any road communicating with the New Works Site to facilitate the movement of Constructional Plant, equipment or temporary New Works or other items or vehicles required in the execution of the New Works and the Company shall negotiate and pay all claims arising out of any damage to any roads or bridges caused by such movement without recourse to the Contracting Authority.
Construction Traffic. All construction traffic shall access the site from St. Xxxxx Avenue. Developer shall provide directional signage to ensure that all construction traffic accesses the site from St. Xxxxx Avenue.
Construction Traffic. The Owner agrees that all construction traffic will use County Road 27 E and Whitewood Ave and the Owner will be responsible for any damages to this road. The replacement level for damages will be determined by the Director of Municipal Services and will be documented in the pre-construction minutes prior to the commencement of construction. The damages as aforesaid shall be paid by the Owner to the Town prior to the issuance of building permits for the development.
Construction Traffic. The Parties shall agree to a route for the construction truck traffic to utilize during construction, including keeping trucks off 6th Street through the eastern section of Downtown to the extent that reasonable ingress to and egress from the construction site remains without the use of 6th Street.
Construction Traffic. The Parties will work together collectively and with local residents to set reasonable limitations on construction traffic to provide a safe working environment on the existing access road and surrounding roads. WAH shall make reasonable accommodations to ease construction traffic, such as placing staging areas in appropriate areas and providing lower level parking areas and shuttles for construction workers.
Construction Traffic. All construction traffic for all Project improvements will meet the requirements imposed by the Midway City Planning and Engineering Departments.
Construction Traffic. 2.10.1 For the purpose of minimizing or eliminating danger of damage or inconvenience, the Subdivider shall direct all construction vehicles and equipment to access the Lands via designated construction routes, including temporary construction roads to be constructed and maintained by the Subdivider, in accordance with the directions of the Municipality. Construction traffic shall not access the Lands via Rougham Road. The Subdivider shall also install such barriers and signage as may be directed by the Municipality. The quality and nature of all barriers, signage, and temporary construction roads and the location of such barriers, signage, and temporary construction roads shall be to the satisfaction of the Municipality and at the sole expense of the Subdivider. All plans for the routing of construction traffic shall be approved by the Municipality prior to the commencement of any Pre-Servicing Works.
