Construction Traffic Clause Samples

The Construction Traffic clause regulates the movement and management of vehicles and equipment related to construction activities on or near the project site. It typically sets requirements for designated routes, hours of operation, and safety measures to minimize disruption to surrounding areas and ensure compliance with local regulations. By establishing clear guidelines for construction-related traffic, this clause helps prevent accidents, reduces neighborhood disturbances, and ensures the orderly flow of both construction and public traffic.
