Common use of Construction Within the Lands Clause in Contracts

Construction Within the Lands. Subject to Section 4.7 and except to the extent expressly required otherwise in the Technical Requirements, the Contractor agrees to construct the Project entirely within the TUC (except, to the extent that the Road Right of Way is outside the TUC) and, subject to Section 4.5, entirely within the Road Right of Way, and acknowledges that it has fully familiarized itself with the Project and the TUC and has satisfied itself that no other land outside the TUC (except, to the extent that the Road Right of Way is outside the TUC) will be required for the Project.
