Constructive Performance Assistance Sample Clauses

Constructive Performance Assistance. If a Member's annual performance in any of the three categories set out in Clause 14.18 (1)-(3) is evaluated by the DPC, the Chair or the ▇▇▇▇ as unsatisfactory, the ▇▇▇▇ may meet with the Member and his/ her Chair to discuss how the Member’s performance needs to be improved and to assist the Member in formulating a plan to do so. The Member may also initiate a meeting with his/ her ▇▇▇▇ and Chair.
