Construed Together. This Amending Agreement amends the Purchase Agreement and this Amending Agreement and the Purchase Agreement shall hereafter be read and construed together as if they were a single document.
Construed Together. This Supplemental Indenture No. 1 is an indenture supplemental to and in implementation of the Indenture, and the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture No. 1 shall henceforth be read and construed together.
