Consultancy Arrangements. No Group Company is a party to any Consultancy Agreement and there are no proposals for any Group Company to enter into any Consultancy Agreement.
Consultancy Arrangements. A change in status from Director to Consultant or Employee, as such terms are defined in the Plan, will not affect the vesting schedule or cause the option to expire, so long as Participant has no break in service with the Company.

Consultancy Arrangements. Consultancy Arrangements. No Group Company is party to any consultancy secondment or agency agreement with any other person, firm or company for the provision of an individual's services to or by a Group Company and if any such agreement is disclosed in the Disclosure Letter no individual in respect of whose services such an agreement has been disclosed has the status of an employee of any Group Company, and there are systems in place for ensuring that no such individuals are, or are treated as, employees.
