The Consultant Evaluation clause establishes a process for assessing the performance and deliverables of a consultant engaged under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria, methods, and frequency for evaluating the consultant’s work, such as periodic reviews, feedback sessions, or performance metrics.
