Common use of Consultant Representation Clause in Contracts

Consultant Representation. The Consultant represents that the Consultant’s execution of this Agreement and the performance of his duties required hereunder will neither be a breach of any employment, consulting, or other agreement nor a breach of any non-competition or similar agreement.

Consultant Representation. The Consultant hereby represents to the Company that the Consultant’s execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Consultant and the Company and the performance by the Consultant of his duties required hereunder will neither be shall not constitute a breach of, or otherwise contravene, or be prevented, interfered with or hindered by, the terms of any employment, consulting, employment agreement or other agreement nor or policy to which the Consultant is a breach of any non-competition party or similar agreementotherwise bound.
