Common use of Consultant Services Clause in Contracts

Consultant Services. 3.1 The Consultant shall undertake and perform the duties and responsibilities commonly associated with acting in the capacities of Director and Chief Executive Officer, including, but not limited to those duties attached hereto as Appendix “A”. The Consultant agrees that his duties may be reasonably modified at the Company’s and the Consultant’s mutual agreement from time to time.

The Consultant agrees that his duties may be reasonably modified at the Company’s and the Consultant’s mutual agreement from time to time.

Consultant Services. 3.1 The Consultant shall undertake and perform the duties and responsibilities commonly associated with acting in the capacities capacity of Director and Chief Executive Officera legal advisor or counsel to the Company, including, but not limited to those duties and responsibilities generally described in the attached hereto as Appendix “A”. The Consultant agrees that his duties may be reasonably modified at the Company’s and the Consultant’s mutual agreement from time to time.

The Consultant agrees that his duties may be reasonably modified at the Company’s and the Consultant’s mutual agreement from time to time.

Consultant Services. 3.1 The Consultant shall undertake and perform the duties and responsibilities commonly associated with acting in the capacities capacity of Director an executive assistant, office manager, and Chief Executive Officer, including, but not limited to those duties attached hereto as Appendix “A”project manager. The Consultant agrees that his duties may be reasonably modified at the Company’s and the Consultant’s mutual agreement from time to time.

Consultant Services. 3.1 The Consultant shall undertake and perform the duties and responsibilities commonly associated with acting in the capacities capacity of Director and Chief Executive Officer, including, but not limited to those duties attached hereto as Appendix “A”Managing Consultant. The Consultant agrees that his Consultant's duties may be reasonably modified at by written agreement of both the Company’s Company and the Consultant’s mutual agreement Consultant from time to time.
