Common use of Consultant Suspension of Consultant Services Clause in Contracts

Consultant Suspension of Consultant Services. If the District fails to make payment of the undisputed portion of the Contract Price when due Consultant hereunder, Consultant may, upon seven (7) days advance written notice to the District, suspend performance of Consultant Services until payment of the undisputed portion of the Contract Price is received by the Consultant. In such event, Consultant shall have no liability for any delays to completion of Consultant Services due to, or arising out of, such suspension. Except as expressly set forth herein, there is no other right of the Consultant to suspend performance of Consultant Services.

Except as expressly set forth herein, there is no other right of the Consultant to suspend performance of Consultant Services.
