Common use of Consultants and Affiliates not to be otherwise interested in Project Clause in Contracts

Consultants and Affiliates not to be otherwise interested in Project. The Consultant agrees that, during the term of this Contract, the Consultant, Sub Consultant, Personnel and/or any entity affiliated with the Consultant or Sub-Consultant shall not provide services resulting from or directly related to the Consultant’s Services for the preparation or implementation of the project to any third party. In the event of breach of the aforesaid condition the Owner shall be entitled to disqualify such Consultant or the Sub Consultant or any of their Personnel from providing services to the Owner and further claim damages for breach.
