Common use of Consultants and Reports Clause in Contracts

Consultants and Reports. (a) The Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, may remove from time to time the Independent Consultants and appoint replacements as the Administrative Agent may choose in accordance with this Agreement. As soon as practicable, notice of any replacement Independent Consultant shall be given by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower and the Independent Consultant being replaced. All reasonable fees and expenses of the Independent Consultants (whether the original ones or replacements) shall be paid by the Borrower.
