Common use of Consultants' Entitlement to Suspend Services Clause in Contracts

Consultants' Entitlement to Suspend Services. If the Client fails to make the payment of any of the Consultants' invoice (excluding the advance payment), within twenty-eight (28) days after the expiry of the time stated in paragraph (b) of Sub-Clause 6.4, within which payment is to be made, the Consultants may after giving not less than fourteen (14) days' prior notice to the Client, suspend the Services or reduce the rate of carrying out the Services, unless and until the Consultants have received the payment. This action will not prejudice the Consultants entitlement to financing charges under Sub-Clause 6.5.
