Common use of Consultant’s Key Staff Clause in Contracts

Consultant’s Key Staff. Valley Water Project Manager may approve any revisions to Consultant’s list of key staff assigned to the Project as an administrative modification to this Agreement, and such approval will be confirmed in writing.

Consultant’s Key Staff. Valley Water’s Project Manager (Valley Water Project Manager Manager) or authorized representatives may approve any revisions to Consultant’s list of key staff assigned to the Project as an administrative modification to this Agreement, and such approval will be confirmed in writing.
