Common use of Consultants’ Services Clause in Contracts

Consultants’ Services. A. The CONSULTANT agrees to perform the various Basic Services in connection with the proposed project as described in Exhibit A. B. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, Additional Services may be authorized as described in Paragraph 4.B and this Agreement will be revised accordingly.

Upon mutual agreement of the partiesparties hereto, Additional Services may be authorized as described in Exhibit I or as described in Paragraph 4.B and this Agreement will be revised accordingly.IV.B.
