Common use of Consultant’s Waiver of Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Consultant’s Waiver of Subrogation. The insurance policies required under this Agreement will not prohibit Consultant and Consultant’s employees, agents or Subconsultants from waiving the right of subrogation prior to a loss. Consultant hereby waives all rights of subrogation against EBCE.
