Consultation Activities Clause Samples

The Consultation Activities clause defines the procedures and expectations for parties to engage in discussions or seek advice on specific matters related to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines when and how consultations should occur, who should participate, and the topics or issues that require joint review or input. For example, it may require regular meetings to address project progress or to resolve disputes collaboratively.
