Consultation on Changes. Where the Corporation has notified the Alliance of its intention of introducing a technological change, the parties undertake to meet within the next fifteen (15) days to hold constructive and meaningful consultation in an effort to reach an agreement on solutions to minimize the adverse effects on employees which might result from such change.
