Consultation on Operations. Any Party may request consultation with the other Parties on implementation or operation of this Companion Agreement including the Upper Basin and Lower Basin DCPs. Upon such request, the Parties shall consult in good faith with each other to address questions, concerns or issues that may arise regarding implementation or operation of this Companion Agreement including the Upper Basin and Lower Basin DCPs.
