Common use of Consultation Period Clause in Contracts

Consultation Period. This Agreement shall continue for a period of four (4) years from the Effective Date (the “Consultation Period”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 or extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.
