Consultation Plan Developed Sample Clauses

Consultation Plan Developed. The Local Government and the Native Title Party will consult with a view to reaching consensus about the content of the Draft Management Plan in the following ways:- (a) The Local Government and the Native Title Party will together develop a specific consultation plan taking into account the location, size and complexity of the content and issues addressed by the Draft Management Plan and the consultation plan will set out the actions required of each Party to complete the consultation and agreed timeframes for those actions. (b) The consultation plan will ensure that the Parties complete their action items (including provision of any direction, information, advice and feedback) in a timely manner. (c) The consultation plan will provide for a meeting or other mechanism through which consensus about the Draft Management Plan can be reached and recorded.
