Consultation Regarding Reports. MAYO shall review the Reports and promptly inform NILE if MAYO reasonably believes that the Development or Commercialization plans presented in the Reports are not adequate for a Product. NILE and MAYO will mutually confer, provided, however, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, NILE has the final decision-making authority.
