Consultation required before a permitted disclosure. The Seller or Purchaser may only make a disclosure in the circumstances contemplated by clause 11.2(b), (c) or (e) if, before making the disclosure, it has consulted with the other Party and taken into account the other Party’s requirements as to the timing, content and manner of making the disclosure to the extent it is permitted to do so by applicable Law and to the extent it is reasonably practicable to do so.
