Consultation With Counsel; Reasonable Time to Consider Agreement; Voluntary Participation in This Agreement. Each party represents and agrees that said party has been advised of the opportunity to review this Agreement with an attorney, that said party has had the opportunity to thoroughly discuss all aspects of the party’s rights and this Agreement with an attorney to the extent said party elected to do so, that said party has carefully read and fully understands all of the provisions of this Agreement, has been given a reasonable period of time to consider signing this Agreement, and is voluntarily entering into this Agreement.
