Consultation with Owner. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Manager shall at all times keep Owner reasonably apprised and aware of all operating policies. Manager agrees to consult with Owner as frequently as Owner shall reasonably request to review operating policies and other matters referred to herein. Owner shall, at all times, have the right to enter the Casino Facility for the purpose of inspecting same and reviewing the operations. Owner agrees that it and its representatives will, at no time, act in a manner which is inconsistent with the authority granted to Manager.
Consultation with Owner. Operator shall routinely consult with Owner as to its activities hereunder and shall keep Owner generally apprised of the state of operations at the Hotel. Operator shall be available to consult with and advise Owner, at Owner's reasonable request, concerning all policies and procedures affecting all phases of the conduct of business at the Hotel.
Consultation with Owner. The Operators agree to furnish to Owner the monthly financial statements and Annual Plans as set forth in Article 4.
