CONSULTATION WITH SUBADVISERS. In order to allow the Trust and the parties hereto to take advantage of the safe harbor under Rule 17a-10 under the 1940 Act, the Subadviser is prohibited from consulting with the entities listed below concerning transactions for the Fund in securities or other assets: 1. other subadvisers to the Fund 2. other subadvisers to a series of the Trust 3. other subadvisers to a fund under common control with the Fund
