Consultations to Mitigate Material Adverse Changes. If circumstances arise which cause, or might cause, a Material Adverse Change, the Parties will promptly consult with one another as to what, if any, modifications to the terms of this Agreement may be required in order to cure, mitigate, or prevent the occurrence of, a Material Adverse Change and to implement the economic purpose of this Agreement under the changed circumstances.
