Common use of Consulting and Noncompetition Agreement Clause in Contracts

Consulting and Noncompetition Agreement. If Executive is involuntarily terminated from employment “without cause”, and Executive executes and does not revoke a Release in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, at the option of the Executive, the Company hereby agrees that Executive and the Company shall enter into a Consulting and Noncompetition Agreement, substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit B hereto.
