CONSULTING EDUCATOR ROLE. Consulting Educators shall be assigned to tenured educators rated “unsatisfactory” to provide advice on how to improve teaching skills and to successfully complete the remediation plan. Consulting Educators will not be used by either party in any dismissal hearings. No statements attributable to Consulting Educators will be admissible in written evaluations or dismissal hearings.
