Common use of Consulting Clause in Contracts

Consulting. During the sixty day period following any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.1.3, Section 3.1.4, Section 3.1.6, or Section 3.1.7, Executive shall be available, subject to his other reasonable commitments or obligations made or incurred in mitigation of the termination of his employment, by telephone, email or fax, as a consultant to the Company, without further compensation, to consult with its officers and directors regarding projects and/or tasks as defined by the Board.

Consulting. During the sixty day period following any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.1.3‎3.1.3, Section 3.1.4‎3.1.4, Section 3.1.6‎3.1.6, or Section 3.1.7‎3.1.7, Executive shall be available, subject to his other reasonable commitments or obligations made or incurred in mitigation of the termination of his employment, by telephone, email or fax, as a consultant to the Company, without further compensation, to consult with its officers and directors regarding projects and/or tasks as defined by the Board.

During the sixty day period following any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.1.3, Section 3.1.4, Section 3.1.63.1.5, or Section 3.1.73.1.6, Executive shall be available, subject to his other reasonable commitments or obligations made or incurred in mitigation of the termination of his employment, by telephone, email or fax, as a consultant to the Company, without further compensation, to consult with its officers and directors regarding projects and/or tasks as defined by the Board.

Consulting. During the sixty sixty-day period following any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.1.3, Section 3.1.4, 3.1.5 or Section 3.1.6, or Section 3.1.7, Executive shall be available, subject to his Executive’s other reasonable commitments or obligations made or incurred in mitigation of the termination of his Executive’s employment, by telephone, email or fax, as a consultant to the Company, without further compensation, to consult with its officers and directors regarding outstanding projects and/or tasks as defined by the Boardrelated to Executive’s employment. The Company will reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses incurred to comply with this obligation.

Consulting. During the sixty ninety day period following any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.1.3, Section 3.1.4, Section 3.1.6, or Section 3.1.7, Executive shall be available, subject to his other reasonable commitments or obligations made or incurred in mitigation of the termination of his employment, by telephone, email telephone or fax, as a consultant to the Companyemail, without further compensation, to consult with its officers respond to the Company’s officers’ and directors directors’ questions regarding projects and/or tasks on which Executive worked or with respect to which Executive supervised as defined by an employee of the BoardCompany.

Consulting. During the sixty day period following any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.1.3, Section 3.1.4, Section 3.1.6, or Section 3.1.7, Executive shall be available, subject to his other reasonable commitments or obligations made or incurred in mitigation of the termination of his employment, by telephone, email or fax, as a consultant to the Company, without further compensationwith payment by the Company of $50 per hour, plus reasonable documented expenses, to consult with its officers and directors regarding projects and/or tasks as defined by the Board.
