Common use of Consumer Account Provisions Clause in Contracts

Consumer Account Provisions. Certain provisions of this Agreement apply only to Consumer Accounts, which as defined above means a checking, savings or money market account established by an individual primarily for personal, family or household purposes. The consumer protection provisions of the federal Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve/Consumer Financial Protection Bureau apply only to electronic fund transfers involving Consumer Accounts.
