Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Nothing in this section is intended to prescribe the use of particular designs or technologies or to prevent the use of alternative technologies, provided they result in substantially equivalent or greater access to and use of a Product.
Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing The Parties shall jointly engineer and configure Local/IntraLATA Trunks over the physical Interconnection arrangements as follows:
Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.
Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults The Supplier will comply with all applicable legislation and codes of practice, including, where applicable, all legislation and statutory guidance relevant to the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults and with the British Council’s Child Protection Policy, as notified to the Supplier and amended from time to time, which the Supplier acknowledges may include submitting to a check by the UK Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) or the equivalent local service; in addition, the Supplier will ensure that, where it engages any other party to supply any of the Services under this Agreement, that that party will also comply with the same requirements as if they were a party to this Agreement.
Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.
SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE ADULTS 8.1 The Service Provider will have ultimate responsibility for the management and control of any Regulated Activity provided under this agreement and for the purposes of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Xxx 0000.
Segmentation The purchase of any Products and related Service Offerings or other Service Offerings are all separate offers and separate from any other order for any Products and related Service Offerings or other Service Offerings You may receive or have received from Oracle. You understand that You may purchase any Products and related Service Offerings or other Service Offerings independently of any other Products or Service Offerings. Your obligation to pay for (a) any Products and related Service Offerings is not contingent on performance of any other Service Offerings or delivery of any other Products or (b) other Service Offerings is not contingent on delivery of any Products or performance of any additional/other Service Offerings. You acknowledge that You have entered into the purchase without reliance on any financing or leasing arrangement with Oracle or its affiliate.
