CONSUMER CREDIT ACTIVITIES. The Servicer represents that as at the date hereof it has obtained, and that hereafter will maintain, all appropriate authorisations, permissions, interim permissions and authorities (if any) required under the FSMA to carry on relevant consumer credit activities in England and Wales and Scotland to enable it to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
