Consumer warranty. If you are a consumer: PayPal does not control the products or services provided by sellers who accept PayPal as a payment method, and PayPal cannot ensure that a buyer or a seller you are dealing with will actually complete the transaction or is authorised to do so. PayPal does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to any part of the PayPal services or the time within which payments will be completed. Our services may depend on third parties and other factors outside of our control, such as the international banking system, which could lead to delays or interruptions.
